2. Services
We offer professional logo design and logo animation services. All services are custom-made based on client requirements and delivered in digital formats.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before design or animation work begins.
- Payments are accepted via [e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, Square, QuickBooks, etc.].
- Pricing for services is subject to change without prior notice.
4. Revisions
- Each package includes a specified number of revisions.
- Additional revisions will incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time varies depending on the scope of the project.
- Delays caused by incomplete client input or revision requests are not our responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon final payment, clients receive full rights to the final approved logo or animation.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final once a purchase is made. As our creative process begins immediately upon order confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds after the order is placed.
- If a client is dissatisfied with the initial concept, we offer reasonable revisions or alternative options within the scope of the selected package. However, a refund will not be issued under any circumstances once work has commenced.
- If an order is canceled before any work begins, a refund may be issued minus applicable transaction fees and taxes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our designs or animations, including branding or business performance outcomes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, US. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
