All orders are completed and e-mailed back within 24-96 hours.

If needed, we can expedite your order to be completed by a certain day/time for an additional fee. Please message our customer service team on Instagram using the Chat in bottom right corner of your screen for the cost to expedite your specific project.

No, unfortunately we cannot combine template effects. Your video(s) will only come as shown on the specific sample(s) you choose.

Many of our templates allow you to change the color of certain animation effects. If you’re wondering what color changes are possible with a specific template you’re interested in, please message our team on Instagram using the Chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.

If you don’t already have a logo, we can create one for you at an additional charge! Check out the LOGO DESIGN tab at the top of our website to see samples of 100% custom logos we have created for past clients. To see current logo design prices and bundle options, please view the PRICING tab at the top of our website! You will own 100% of the rights to your logo that we create for you. Once we e-mail the final logo design files to you, we release all rights of your design to you, and only you!

Once we have completed your project, it will be e-mailed back using the original e-mail address you provided us with when submitting your order.

We provide all videos as a 16:9 / .MP4 file in 1080p HD resolution file.

All animation templates on our site include default audio effects that will automatically be applied to your video. Unfortunately, we cannot alter the default audio that comes with your template.

If you prefer for your video to have no audio at all, please let our design team know when you submit your order via e-mail, and they can remove it completely.

Templates cannot be altered in any way so the only revisions allowed would be “color changes” on the animation effects if the specific template allows.

Your animation video will be the exact same length as the template shown on our page. We unfortunately cannot adjust the duration or timing of our templates.

Unfortunately, we cannot alter any of our templates. The only changes you are able to make will be the color of certain animation effects, if that specific template allows.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom animation videos, but we have over 200+ animation effect templates to choose from on our site.

We currently accept the following payment options:

CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Debit/CC.

Once you are ready to order, full payment is required up front in order for our team to get started on any project.

 

Due to the time consuming and detailed nature of digital animation and logo design work, we do not offer refunds once your order has been completed by our designers.

However, we will ALWAYS do our best to help remedy a situation if there are any issues with your project once received.

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please message our team on Instagram using the Chat at the bottom right corner of your screen and we will help resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot add text to your logo design or animation video. We only animate the exact logo design that you provide us with.

PNG or Ai file is preferred for best results with your animation video. If needed, we also accept JPG or PDF files.

We are a US-based company, with a majority of our team located on the West and East coast.

All logo animation videos are e-mailed back as 16:9 / 1080p HD videos, as a .MP4 video file.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide videos in any other format or quality at this time.

Even if you only have one logo design, many clients choose to purchase more than 1 video to showcase their logo, using different effects. These work great for marketing/promo videos, and also posting on social media to stand out from your competitors!
 
If you plan to promote different videos throughout the year, planning ahead and buying multiple videos at once will save you money since we discount prices as you bundle!
